THE BRIEF
PMG Group was engaged as Principal Contractor by the owners of the Minto Shopping Centre.
In this capacity, PMG needed to effectively manage and coordinate four teams of highly skilled architects, engineers, consultants and trades to deliver a complete transformation of the centre, both inside and out.

THE RESULTS
Through our dynamic and diligent approach and transparent communication, PMG met the objectives and exceeded expectations. The team successfully managed the program’s scope to meet the practical completion date and delivered construction without risk or injury.
New stores required considerable structural work, and, with the project being carried out internally, roof repairs had to be staged to ensure they ran to schedule.
With only two tenancies occupied on purchase, PMG also acted on behalf of the owners to secure Woolworths and Kmart to the centre, attracting tenants and visitors alike. The new centre also boasts a welcoming food court, easy flow between stores and a much stronger retail selection than ever before.
