PMG was appointed by Property Bank Australia (PBA) to upgrade and make good a floor which was heavily fitted out and dated. PBA wanted to achieve a future-forward solution to attract a range of tenants and highlight the harbour views.LOCATION

THE RESULTS
PMG successfully breathed new life into this old, tired floor.
We stripped back and opened up the space to create an industrial feel with polished concrete floors and exposed ceilings. The final product is light and bright and showcases the amazing views, setting the standard for other vacant floors in the building.
