A future proof layout with eight offices and multiple workspaces, all delivered within a three-week construction program.


PMG won the competitive tender to work closely with the Lundbeck project team to push the boundaries of what was possible of their current layout, now they were taking an additional 300m2. 

The team culture and business idiosyncrasies needed to be understood and considered at every stage of the planning and design process. Team dynamics and relationships and existing pain points also formed part of the consideration set. Workplace Analysis and Strategy played an integral role in deep diving into the fundamentals of the business to extract key elements and desired outcomes to incorporate into the design.
