THE BRIEF
Entain wanted to push the boundaries of the expected workspace and create a one-of-a-kind working environment that threw the word ‘tradition’ to the wind. The briefing journey began with a landscape that let PMG’s creative perspective flow into an uninhibited design without compromise. This foundation led the incubator hub into a setting that would target the key objective; attract leaders in the field to a new and exciting workplace that combined 3D virtual worlds with an emphasis on social connection and innovation.
THE RESULTS
We embraced the opportunity to create and excel by looking for inspiration from outer space to create different ‘worlds’, drawing connections from Star Wars and the various planets showcased within. A dynamic, futuristic, interactive workplace paying homage to science and the classics was developed. This space pushes design boundaries and encourages a new and exciting workplace universe with cutting-edge technology.
The space was tailored to the Star Wars concept, where portals into the different worlds came together through interactive design. Conceiving various areas ensured that we catered to the plethora of individual working arrangements required by all scattered throughout the tenancy. The workstations are distinctive, and we customised each work pod to suit, creating collaboration and breakout spaces suitable for any style and format of the presentation to align with the project’s key objective.
The delivered design included several meeting points, social hubs and technology labs, and an emphasis on quiet work zones, team zones and support spaces to ensure multi-purpose flexibility in both the area and the furniture.
This unique fit-out of Entain’s Ennovate Hub will attract future tech leaders, stimulate creativity and encourage the community to utilise the space to support the development of new, innovative and ground-breaking technologies creating a user-friendly and unique community environment for industry innovation and growth.
