Objective
The landlord was struggling to lease this tenancy – a dark, all concrete space which felt much like a basement. They engaged the help and out-of-the-box expertise of PMG Group to create a solution with one end goal – to attract a tenant to lease the space!

Outcome
By flooding the dark space with light and adding some touches of colour, we completely transformed the space! The inclusion of a colourful patterned splashback, bright paint and an optimised layout of 2 offices, a boardroom, an incorporated breakout and open plan workstations the space felt warm, welcoming and functional. Key to the design was a unique feature which embraced the existing lightwell. By filling it with self-managing plants, the space truly came to life, bringing the outside in.

Highlight
The space was leased!! Thanks to the sanctuary and fun splashes of colour, the space attracted a fantastic new tenant who loved the space.
