Prior to the refurbishment, the building had been completely vacant for two years. Within two months of project completion, more than 50% of the space was leased.


PMG Group was engaged by long-standing client ISPT to help reposition their property to attract higher calibre tenants.

High vacancy rates stemmed from a need to overhaul the building completely, with the existing dark aesthetic demanding a fresh new look.

PMG designed and delivered a complete building refurbishment, which included upgrades to the external porte cochère, lobby, lift cars, bathrooms and services.

New end-of-trip facilities were also built to support tenant demand, and make goods were carried out on all levels to revitalise every space.

A reinvigorated brightness transcends from the entry throughout every floor. The inclusion of timber, brass and a soft palette creates a welcoming and enveloping environment for prospective tenants and visitors alike.
