PMG successfully breathed new life into the building’s lift lobbies, bathrooms and tea points, turning them into chic, sophisticated spaces.
THE BRIEF
PMG was appointed by Simlian Metro to design and construct the refurbishment of 10 floors of base building lift lobbies, toilet amenities, tea points and directory signage.
PMG also had to work closely with the base building management team to facilitate the works with minimal disruption to the existing tenants, with strict adherence to COVID-19 compliance procedures.

THE RESULTS
PMG successfully breathed new life into the building’s lift lobbies, bathrooms and tea points, turning them into chic, sophisticated spaces.
All the grid ceilings, corridor carpet and tiles were replaced, lift doors repainted, detailing and feature lighting introduced and new signage installed; presenting an elevated offer to existing and prospective tenants within budget.
PMG also effectively managed a live site and tenant expectations through open communication and transparency. And, as with all our clients, we have developed a positive relationship that has allowed us to carry out other projects within the building.
