We helped our client reposition 2 Julius to attract higher calibre tenants. This was achieved by a complete building refurbishment including; external porte cochere, lobby, lift cars, make good of all levels, bathrooms, services upgrades and new End of Trip facilities.
Prior to the refurbishment the building had been completely vacant for 2 years. Within 2 months of project completion more than 50% of the space was leased.
