Objective
Upgrade and make good an old tired floor which was heavily fitted out and dated. PBA wanted to achieve a future forward solution to highlight the harbour views.

Highlight
We stripped back and opened up the floor to create an industrial feel with polished concrete floors and exposed ceilings. The space is light and bright and showcases the amazing views! This approach has set a standard for other vacant floors in the building.
