The landlord was struggling to lease this tenancy – a dark, all concrete space that felt much like a basement. So, they engaged the help and out-of-the-box expertise of PMG Group to create a solution with one end goal – to attract a tenant to lease the space!LOCATION

THE RESULTS
Flooding the dark space with light and adding pops of colour led to a complete transformation! The inclusion of a colourful patterned splashback, bright paint and an optimised layout of two offices, a boardroom, an incorporated breakout and open plan workstations made the space feel warm, welcoming and functional.
The key to the design was a unique feature that embraced the existing lightwell. By filling it with self-managing plants, the area indeed came to life, bringing the outdoors in.
