THE BRIEF
PMG was appointed by BNG Property to design and construct a new spec suite at Astor Terrace for the Brisbane fringe with a wow factor to help it stand out to the tenant market. The brief called for an attractive new fitout at a competitive price without compromising the design.
The space was a warm shell, but potential tenants struggled to visualize what they could do with the space due to the very awkward shape. PMG stepped up to the challenge to create a new layout that removes this barrier by optimizing natural lighting and using a light and fresh palette with visual interest to transform this space.
THE RESULTS
A modern, bright, and fresh space that would entice any tenant looking at a 200sqm workplace. BNG Property was amazed by how impressive the space looked at such an efficient price.
The angled timber flooring directs you from the entry through to an inviting and brightly lit, open workspace. A collaborative booth at the junction between the front and back of house, allows for informal meetings with staff and clients.
The openness of the kitchen and spacious breakout table connects the whole office as one, while allowing central access to utilities.
With a boardroom, two meeting rooms, one office and collaboration points, this space makes an outstanding modern and collaborative space suitable for any tenant.
