The final design had to be fun and offer a variety of work zones to reward the team for their support of the company’s relocation from the CBD to the fringe.
Agilyx engaged PMG Group to create and deliver space that would better support their people, practice and clients.
The company sought an open plan, agile work environment to encourage communication and transparency. A large breakout area, impressive entrance and boardroom were a must.
The ultimate goal? To inspire creativity and connect staff with the company’s new Pyrmont location.
Harris Street, Pyrmont
From the moment you arrive, you are immersed in Agilyx’s culture; with technology at its core.
The bold design showcases contrasting materials, such as sandstone, timber, LED and glass to create a dynamic blend of refined industrial rawness, texture and innovation.
Agile workspaces – including phone booths, hot desks, cubbies, standing collaboration zones, lounges, a communal drop-in bench and meeting rooms – were incorporated to support various working styles.
The boardroom stands in the middle of the space; a clear cube that allows visitors and staff to connect. While the breakout zone blends seamlessly with the traditional workspace and client-facing waiting area.
The layout allows the natural light and sweeping views to be enjoyed by everyone, with a refreshing palette to welcome staff and visitors alike.
