Upon project completion, the existing tenants noticed an increase in trade due to the new facility and service offer.
THE BRIEF
Altis Property Group selected PMG Group to construct the new outdoor food entertainment area to create a central hub at their Greenway Homemakers centre in Wetherill Park.
The project included underground services alteration and new services to facilitate compliance for the four new vendor kiosks. During construction, the centre was to be kept operational and parking/traffic control maintained.

THE RESULTS
PMG Group took a communicative approach with management and existing tenants to ensure minimal disruption to the centre operations and patrons.
PMG Group also worked closely with each kiosk’s incoming tenants to ensure a smooth integration of their fit-out with the landlord requirements. And upon project completion, all the new food stands were leased and occupied. Existing tenants also noticed an increase in trade due to the new facility and service offer, even with the increased competition.
During construction, a few latent conditions were found, including considerable sub-ground faults and challenges. However, PMG Group assisted the design team with clever engineering solutions to facilitate a practical and economical outcome, keeping Altis informed throughout the whole process.
