Elevating the Everyday | End of Trip Facilities

Upgrade & Transformation: Where Function meets Hotel-Like Luxury

Upgrade & Transformation | Design & Build | End of Trip Facilities

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Strategic Amenity That Drives Leasing
Growthpoint engaged PMG to transform their end of trip facilities into a genuine leasing asset.

The brief: create an attractive EOT that draws tenants, deliver clever design aligned with budget whilst reusing existing elements, and provide a compliant solution with separated compartments, decompression zones, and hydration points.

This wasn’t simply a refresh; it was reimagining how EOT facilities elevate a building’s offering.

THOUGHTFUL DESIGN THAT ELEVATES

Hotel-Like Luxury Meets Practical Function

A welcoming decompression zone features a bespoke hydration point finished in finger tiles and Corian benchtops. Clear, punchy wayfinding guides users intuitively. Existing lockers in good condition were intelligently reused whilst the gender-neutral universal access toilet was refreshed with new lockers in the accessible area.

A feature burgundy exposed ceiling with crisp white lighting accents adds unexpected character. Upstairs, a reinvigorated spacious female compartment includes dedicated styling stations with Dyson hair appliances, integrated towel service built into joinery, mechanically ventilated drying cupboards, and bespoke ironing stations.

CUSTOM FEATURES THAT TRANSFORM THE EXPERIENCE

The Details That Matter

Individual shower cubicles with integrated drying space and bench seating. Warm, durable materials; finger tiles and Corian benchtops, create a hotel-like atmosphere.

Full height mirrors, seating with shoe storage, and ample circulation complete the premium experience. This is end of trip as destination, not obligation.

THE RESULT

When Client Satisfaction Speaks Volumes

At handover, Joe from Growthpoint said, “PMG has made my job very easy!” Hannah praised both the design and collaborative process. External project manager Paul Kennedy expressed strong satisfaction working with the PMG team.

The transformed facilities now function as a genuine amenity drawcard, supporting leasing strategy with spaces that feel premium and hotel-like. Everyday facilities became experiences worth talking about.
