Culture of Health High Tea in Partnership with CoreNet Global

Culture of Health High Tea in Partnership with CoreNet Global

About the event

PMG and CoreNet Global invited Sydney’s corporate real estate, facilities and workplace leaders to a High Tea at Capella Sydney, the first event under PMG’s partnership as Workplace Strategic Partner for the CoreNet Global Australia Chapter.

Lisa James-Holmes and Tica Masuku led a candid, evidence-based conversation on how physical environments, organisational culture and daily behaviours shape health, resilience and performance. The format was deliberate: welcoming spaces and time to connect are health interventions in their own right.

“Shaping healthy work is not about grand gestures. It is about the small, daily defaults we design into our environments, our systems, and our cultures.”
