THE PROJECT
Goodman wanted to breathe new life into an unutilised ground floor lobby and outdoor courtyard for their tenants in Sydney Corporate Park. PMG Group was selected for this refurbishment project to re-energise the communal spaces to offer tenants a flexible place to come together outside of the tenancy footprint.
PMG Group brought the lobby space to life with colour, light, greenery, new flooring and new furniture. By introducing collaborative booths, hot desks, and lounge areas, tenants and visitors now have a variety of settings at their finger tips.
The activated courtyard now offers tenants an inviting casual space with furniture to encourage outdoor collaboration, a new ping pong table to break up the work day and comfortable seating to sit back, enjoy a coffee and soak up some Vitamin D.
